If you fail to be available at the agreed time, we reserve the right to charge additional fees or cancel the service.

We are not liable for damage to items packed by the customer.
5. Liability and Damages
Our team takes great care when handling your belongings. However, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage to items or furniture
- Damage due to poor packing by the customer
- Delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.)
Claims for loss or damage must be reported on the same day of the move.
6. Service Limitations
Our movers cannot:
- Disconnect or reconnect electrical, gas, or water appliances
- Move items that are hazardous, illegal, or unsafe
- Shift items that require special permits not arranged in advance
Please inform us of special requirements before the move.
